1. Who we are

Milan & Co. is operated by Milan Skokic, a licensed Arizona real estate agent (License SA693972000, MLS ID MS1179) with Orchard Brokerage (LC699746000), located in Tempe, Arizona. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means Milan Skokic operating under Orchard Brokerage.

2. Information we collect

When you submit our lead form we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, general area of interest, timeframe, and any message you include. We also record the date and time your consent was captured for compliance purposes.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your real estate inquiry.
• To send you follow-up communications (email, and — only with your express written consent — SMS/MMS text messages and phone calls, including calls that may be auto-dialed or use pre-recorded or artificial voice).
• To send listings, market updates, and other real estate information you may find relevant.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We use Follow Up Boss as our customer relationship management (CRM) system to store and manage your contact information and our communications with you.

4. TCPA & SMS communications disclosure

By providing your telephone number and checking the SMS and/or call consent boxes on our contact form, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for Milan & Co. and its agents to contact you at that number, including via:

• SMS/MMS text messages;
• telephone calls placed with an automatic telephone dialing system (auto-dialer); and
• calls using an artificial or pre-recorded voice.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any real estate services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out of future texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of one channel (e.g. SMS) does not opt you out of others (e.g. email); use the form below to opt out of every channel at once.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with (a) our brokerage and licensed team members involved in serving you, (b) service providers that help us operate (such as Follow Up Boss), and (c) authorities when required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing mike.skokic@orchard.com. You may also opt out of any or all communications using the form below.

9. SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at mike.skokic@orchard.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
